Gina Narcisi is a senior editor covering the networking and telecom markets for CRN.com. She regularly interviews renowned tech CEOs, founders and experts for breaking news and feature stories. Some of Gina’s favorite topics to report on include diversity, equity and inclusion in the IT space and is a big proponent of The Channel Company’s Women Of The Channel efforts and events.
Gina received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and immediately began reporting. She began her career in Providence, R.I. covering healthcare technology. After that and before joining CRN, Gina covered the networking, unified communications and cloud space for Massachusetts-based TechTarget for nearly five years where she interviewed industry analysts, vendors, and attended and reported on industry events.
After joining CRN’s editorial team in 2015, Gina got her start covering the likes of AT&T and Verizon in the telecom space. She later took on the cloud beat, covering Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Today, she covers the networking and telecom beats for CRN and regularly speaks to the top executives from some of the biggest IT vendors in the world, including Cisco Systems and HPE Aruba.
A lifelong Rhode Islander, Gina is now an L.A. transplant and lives with her fiancé and a set of rambunctious tabby and calico-point Siamese cats. Gina is a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys yoga and traveling in her spare time.
